How long will it hang in the cooler at the processor? 16 to 18 days - It will be dry-aged

How does the beef come packaged: Vacuum-packed 2 steaks per, 1 roast per, 1 lb. Hamburger - ½ Cow Example

Final Dress Weight ½ Cow: 300 lbs. $7.00 per lbs.

Balance is due on the remaining dress weight at the time of delivery to a processor.

*Note, you can not pick up your beef at the processor unless the balance to The Fatted Calf has been paid

To grow off your cow and deliver the cow to the processor. You will pay the processor for the processing fee.
